Our Returns Policy is as follows:
Printed books may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY, if the book arrived damaged due to shipping. The damaged book will be replaced with a copy of the same title, and will be sent out to you as quickly as possible. If the returned title is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit, or you will have the option to exchange the printed copy for a digital copy if you prefer. Before returning any printed book to us, you must first contact us within 2 days of receiving the printed book, place a request for return with us, and a return code will be issued to you. Any item returned to us without a return code included will not be processed, and no replacement will be issued.
Digital and downloadable items, due to their nature, CANNOT be returned or refunded. If you experience an error with your digital or downloadable item, you may log into your account, and download a fresh copy of the file again. If there is an error with the file itself, and it is still available for download, we will replace the file with a new version, so you can download it again, or we will send you a new version of the file to resolve any issues you may have had.
